No: El’s father, the former lawyer Jang Jeson had recently been under the police investigation for accusations of sexual aggression that involves his former secretary, the lady A, during her period as a vice-president in a University of Busan in 2015. The police had questioned Jang for the first time on March 28.
The lady A had accused Jang of nearly-Rape with consequent injury, and the day before her death, he released a self-regulatory video from a hotel room in Gangnam of 18 November 2015.
