On October 21, famous disabled Youtuber Park We shared a heartfelt message on his social media, “I promised that one day we would stand together and take a photo. I am so happy to have found a partner to walk the path of life with. He posted 4 photos of himself with singer-actress Song Ji-eun.
In the photos, the couple is seen in a photo booth, smiling and hugging cheek to cheek. Notably, Song Ji-eun is seen bending over to match the height of Park We, who is sitting in a wheelchair, demonstrating her thoughtfulness.
Park We relies on a wheelchair for mobility due to lower body paralysis from a past accident. The couple revealed their relationship publicly in December last year and got married on October 9.
Additionally, the couple shared a video on their YouTube channel “Weracle”, showing their newlywed home. The home features white-toned decor, with a focus on barrier-free design, eliminating physical obstacles for comfortable living.
This project aims to help people with disabilities and the elderly by removing physical and psychological barriers.
Song Ji-eun demonstrated her care by installing automatic curtains and sliding doors to accommodate Park We’s needs as a wheelchair user.
