OT6 RIIZE fans use protest funds for charitable donations instead

The money was initially raised for protests.

OT6 fans RIIZE had previously planned to host truck protests to ask about Seunghanthe exit. They had planned to host it on October 14, 2024, but received news the night before that Seunghan would be withdrawing from the group.

After using some of the money to clean up the outside area SM Entertainment who had been busy with protest wreaths, the organization decided to donate the remaining money to charity. After all, there was approximately ₩8.90 million KRW (approximately $6,500 USD) left. They purchased 80 expensive winter down jackets from National geographic and will donate them to a women’s protection center. RIIZE currently models for the brand.

This is the donation of the remaining funds. We currently have approximately ₩8.90 million KRW (approximately $6,500 USD) left and plan to purchase 80 winter down jackets from National Geographic, of which RIIZE is a model, and donate them to a women’s protection center. We have currently concluded donation negotiations with National Geographic and it will take 7 to 10 days to secure the stock. We would be grateful if you could wait until the final donation [for updates].

  • It is a good idea to donate down jackets to a women’s protection center of a brand for which RIIZE models.
  • No, but they thought about this carefully. Donate and promote RIIZE at the same time.
  • I’m a fan of another band, but they did well with this one. Isn’t it better for their image to make these types of donations?
  • My impression of RIIZE has increased so much LOL.
  • It’s so nice of them to donate to a women’s organization.
