According to Edaily on June 26, the 25-2 civil division of the High Court (chanting Hwang Byung-ha, Jeong Jong-Gwan and Lee Kyun-Yong) have partially confirmed an appeal presented by YouTuber Tzuyang June 24th. The sentence requires that Garosero Research Institute and its representative, Kim Se -UiHe has to pay a fine of 10 million victories (about $ 7,200 USD) for each request for publication of live broadcasts, videos or other content relating to Tzuyang.
The second court said, “The defendants continued to upload videos in order to amplify or play suspicions or relative items even after the first sentence”, adding it “There is a high probability that will produce repeatedly and publish content that violate the first decision of an application unless a separate indirect control order is issued.”
Previously, the Court of the First Instance ordered the cancellation of some videos requested by Tzuyang’s side, recognizing the violations of personal rights and privacy. However, he rejected the request for indirect application fines, stating that these remedies could be sought separately if circumstances were presented. Dissatisfied, Tzuyang’s Side immediately filed an appeal and the Court of the second instance partially confirmed the appeal.

In the meantime, the police initially decided not to pursue Kim Se -Ui due to insufficient tests, but following an objection from Tzuyang’s side, the accusation ordered an additional investigation last month. The case is currently under investigation at the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul.
