A‘S Keonhee he once went viral even among non-K-Pop fans when his hot sauce recipe hit the jackpot for how good it was. At HaiDiLao, you can customize your sauces at the sauce bar. The recipe nicknamed “Keonhee Sauce” was so popular that HaiDiLao started distributing instructions on how to make it. Here’s what it contains:
- 1 tablespoon peanut sauce
- 2.5 tablespoons chili sauce
- 0.5 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 0.5 tablespoon chopped spring onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon peanut powder
- 0.5 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 0.3 teaspoons of sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon of fried beef sauce
Despite the name, the sauce was not actually made by Keonhee. It was made by a friend of his who called “the prince of stew.” Since the friend didn’t want to be revealed, it just went like “Keonhee Sauce“for a long time. During a recent interview, Keonhee revealed that the real inventor of the sauce has finally made his debut.
