On the December 24 broadcast of MBC’s variety show Radio Star, which aired as a Christmas special titled “With Festive Energy”, Nam Jin, Sul Woon-do, Jadu and Seunghee of Oh My Girl appeared as guests.
During the show, Seunghee shared behind-the-scenes stories from filming SBS drama Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born. She explained that she had many scenes alongside Kim Tae-ri and was surprised after seeing the footage. “I shot a lot of scenes with Kim Tae-ri. But my hands and even my face looked bigger than hers. I was really shocked when I saw the video, so I lost almost 10 kilograms,” she admitted.
However, his notable weight loss soon led to rumors that he was suffering from depression. Addressing the speculation, Seunghee said, “After I lost 10 kilograms, people started asking me if I was depressed. Even someone close to me said, ‘I heard you’re depressed, is that why you lost weight?'” She firmly clarified, “I’m not depressed. I lost weight because I was shocked.”
Seunghee had already attracted attention in October when she appeared on a YouTube channel and revealed that her current weight is 40 kilograms, sparking concern among fans.
