“Hi, this is Njz.
Today the Court made a decision on the injunction. NJz respects the court sentence. However, we believe that the decision has not fully taken into account the complete breakdown of the trust that members have experienced towards Ador.
Due to the urgent nature of the injunction procedures, the decision was issued about two weeks after the hearing of March 7, 2025. As such, we had not sufficient opportunities to fully present the factual background in court. Furthermore, due to an imbalance of information, Ador and Hybe have full access to all information relating to the entertainment activities of the members, while the members were forced to contact the relevant parties individually to request information. The pressure of being involved in a cause, together with the fears of retaliation, also prevented many from cooperating.
We plan to challenge today’s decision through the objection procedure, during which we will raise further legal issues and present further tests in support. Above all, to the point where the exclusive contracts were resolved, we had diligently fulfill the obligations without illegal. On the contrary, Ador and Hybe, behind the scenes, continued to treat us unjustly and in an unequal way, eventually destroying the relationship of trust. It is only a matter of time before the truth becomes clear.
It is important to note that an injunction is a temporary measure. A separate main case is currently underway regarding the validity of the resolution of the exclusive contract, with a judicial hearing scheduled for April 3. Unlike the injunction procedures, the main cause allows us to freely use the civil procedure tools to collect the necessary evidence. We plan that this will significantly strengthen our statements. “
They added that, regardless of financial issues, they can no longer be with a company that has missed their identities and are taking legal actions to protect their rights.
