On November 27, NewJeans posted a short video on their official account, showing their adorable reaction to receiving gifts from BLACKPINK’s Jennie.
In the video, the NewJeans members are seen laughing joyfully and expressing their happiness with heartfelt gestures after receiving a cake and a doll from Jennie. The doll, shaped like a tree and altered to speak, features a thank you message from the members of NewJeans, “Thank you, Jennie sunbaenim,” which brought warm smiles from fans.
The cake given away by Jennie was a special high-heeled design made to celebrate her solo release, “Mantra,” and will be available for purchase at a pop-up shop opening on November 28.

Meanwhile, Jennie released her new digital single “Mantra” on October 11. The song delivers an encouraging message for all women to shine in their own way and confidently express their unique charm, a fitting message for both BLACKPINK and NewJeans as they continue to make their mark in the K-pop world.
“Mantra” was a long-running hit, charting for two consecutive weeks on the Billboard Hot 100. Jennie also became the first K-pop female solo artist to reach No. 1 on the US iTunes Top Songs chart with l ‘exit.
Jennie will also perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California on April 13 and 20 next year.
