The parents of Newjeans The members decided to be involved proactively in the current legal feud between the group and their former agency, I love (And, by extension, his parent company, Hybe), in terms of aspect of public communication.
On January 31, KST, the parents of Newjeans’ members launched a new one Instagram Account called “Jeanz_pr” and made a long post explaining its purpose. They said that, despite their best efforts, the positions of the Newjeans in the current dispute were not communicated to the public effectively and, therefore, had decided to adopt a more direct approach with a dedicated social media account.

This account was temporarily created to represent their position in the controversy with Hybe and we inform you that it has been established due to inevitable circumstances.
Since there was no official channel to communicate their position, we have made multiple attempts to transmit the facts through direct interviews with various media or by contacting the journalists we know.
Fortunately, some media reported our statements as they were, but this was very limited. We also tried to distribute the information through an agency, but often our position has been distorted in the titles, making it difficult to communicate our position without distortion through the media.

The post also hit Hybe for its alleged media against the members and accused them of having released false information through the media while approaching the date of the cause.
While the stories of the members are or cited in a distorted or negative light or published only in minor articles, Hybe and Ador have distributed hundreds of articles per day, including those of the internet tabloids, without going through the usual facts of control of the facts or refutation that should follow any respectable average outlet. These articles often represent only the position of Hybe and Ador or contain false information.

The caption ended with the parents who apologized to fans for this eliminated conflict and re-emphasized that they were the only spokespersons for members, with this Instagram account just opened as an official communication channel.
We are deeply sorry for those who could be exhausted by this long dispute. However, the content we intend to share through this account will mainly address issues difficult to communicate directly for members and, like their only current spokesperson, we urgently need a channel to correct the facts.
