The K-pop community is discussing Min Hee Jin’s revelation about the production of NewJeans’ album.
On September 25, K-netz created a forum titled “NewJeans Upcoming Full Album Plan and Fan Meeting Suspended.” According to the post, the author shared an excerpt from an interview with JoongAng Ilbo, which addressed Min Hee Jin’s seven-year plan for NewJeans.

Request:“In an interview with Japanese media, you stated that ‘NewJeans has a 7-year plan and we will surprise fans with an album every year.’ Has the plan been interrupted by the current conflict?”
By Min Hee Jin:“There was a big setback. I was fired while preparing a surprise fan meeting for Korean fans. The vice presidents were also removed and blocked from their duties, then the production of the next album was stopped. It was unfortunate. This is also part of HYBE’s interference with NewJeans’ activities.”
