Despite being broadcast on a lesser known network, “The Witch” emerged as a surprise success in the competitive dramatic scene of the South Korea weekend. The series reached a record audience of 3.5% in its second episode , an increase of 145.8% from its debut, overcoming its competitor “When the Stars Gossip”, which only obtained a score of 1.9% for the last episode.
