Makeover, anyone?
Netflix a new dating reality show called Motae Alone but wants to date (provisional title, literal translation). A”he moved out on his own” is someone who has never dated anyone before in their life. The term means “single since birth.”
The show aims to give each contestant a makeover, helping them experience a heartwarming first love. A team of “some manufacturers“, people with a passion for matchmaking will come together to support them as a panel. This team will be made up of celebrities and experts in various fields, guiding participants through fashion, hair, communication and more. After the makeover, the contestants will participate in a nine-day retreat where they will meet each other. The show promises embarrassing and hilarious moments, as well as authentic emotions.
“Some makers” will be assigned to the contestants to form a team. This creates an element of competition not commonly seen in reality dating shows. The show received over 4000 applicants during conception. It will air in the first half of 2025 via Netflix.
