They revealed that Taeil has been implicated in a criminal case related to sexual crimes. The company shared that due to the seriousness of the situation, they have decided that Taeil will be removed from the group.

Soon after this announcement, both NCT and NCT127 (New Zealand)Instagram accounts unfollowed Taeil’s personal account. Taeyong did the same shortly after.
