On November 7, Nana posted a short video titled “Nana VLOG will be released Friday at 9pm” on her Instagram. In the clip, she is seen visiting a clinic to remove a tattoo from her foot, noting: “It’s already been over a year since I started removing my tattoos.” While undergoing foot tattoo removal, he commented, “The numbing cream should be applied for at least 2 hours, but I don’t have enough time.”
Nana then proceeded to remove the tattoos on her back and shoulders, taking off her clothes for the process. Writhing in pain, he reacted with a resigned tone, “It’s so itchy” as the session neared its end.
Last year, Nana attracted a lot of attention by revealing her full-body tattoos at a press conference for the film “Confession.” In a broadcast, he previously spoke about his tattoos, “I don’t know if the day will ever come when I talk about why I got these tattoos, or maybe I never will. It was a personal choice.”
Reflecting on his decision, he added, “It might seem silly to others, but at that time tattooing was the only way I could express my emotions. In hindsight, it seems silly.”
However, Nana shared that she is now removing her tattoos at her mother’s request, explaining: “My mother kindly asked me if she could see me with light skin again. She was very supportive when I initially got the tattoos, so I thought, ‘If it makes her happy, it’s not that hard to remove them.'”
