Moon Sua reveals extreme diet experience: Survived a week on ice?

Moon Sua said irregular meals became common due to his busy schedule, saying he often skipped adequate meals and relied on heavy dishes late at night. He also revealed that after spending about three months in the United States, he gained 7-8 kilograms, reaching his maximum weight of 55 kg.

He then went on to recount a particularly dangerous diet method from his days as an intern. “The worst thing I ever did was survive for a week on nothing but ice. I was young, so it was possible then. I really hope no one tries that.” he warned.

Moon Sua explained that before a company body composition check, she wanted to lose even more weight despite already being thin. Believing that water also added weight, he consumed only ice during the day.

“Until the third day I felt fine. From the fourth day I lost the feeling of walking. When I went up the stairs, I felt like I was floating in the air,” he recalled. At that time his weight dropped to 42kg, marking the lowest point of his life. “After I hit that number, I thought, ‘I really can’t do this anymore.’” he added.

Her candid confession sparked concern among viewers, many of whom praised her for speaking honestly about the dangers of extreme dieting and hoped her story would discourage others from attempting similar methods.
