Previously, the military administration of the workforce had requested an investigation after suspicions that Mino had not adequately fulfilled his duties as a social service agent. In December 2024, the police booked him on charges of violating military service. Mino began his alternative service as a social service agent in a Mapo-Gu structure, Soul, in March 2023 and was discharged on December 23, 2023.
