Min Hee Jinis the public relations firm Markol Consulting Group released a statement in response to Shippingof the previous complaint about his alleged lies. According to his representative, they have filed a lawsuit against Dispatch and their relationship. According to Min’s representatives, Dispatch journalists had based a recent article on his alleged lies, assumptions and one-sided information. The lawsuit also targets HYBE’s former CEO and CCO for leaking his personal information, including private text conversations, for their media content.

This is Markol Consulting Group, former CEO Min Hee Jin’s head of press and communications, together with his legal team from Sejong Law Firm. We filed a lawsuit for violation of the Law on Promotion of Use of Communication and Information Network and Information Protection at Yongsan Police Station, against former HYBE CEO Park Ji Won, HYBE CCO Park Tae Hee and against Dispatch journalists Kim Ji Ho and Park Hye Jin.
In April 2024, the above accused parties, Park Ji Won and Park Tae Hee, illegally obtained private conversations and spread falsehoods against Min Hee Jin, and aggressively used them to generate negative press about former CEO Min Hee Jin. Dispatch journalists Kim Ji Ho and Park Hye Jin were well aware of their above intentions and continued to write press articles based on lies in order to disarm, defame and slander former CEO Min.
Even today (December 2, 2024), Kim Ji Ho and Park Hye Jin wrote an article far from the truth and did not confirm the facts, adding their own one-sided assumptions and assumptions, publishing a false article.
Through this lawsuit, we will use thorough investigations to expose their serious lies and force them to face them legally.
