MEOVV member draws attention for JYP-worthy visuals: “Looks like Tzuyu, Yuna, Jiwoo…”

As THEBLACKLABEL continues to reveal MEOVV’s secrets, this member has gone viral for his beauty that is reminiscent of JYP’s A-list visuals.

On August 27, THEBLACKLABEL introduced Anna, the fourth member of new girl group MEOVV, through teaser photos and video trailers uploaded to its official social media platforms.

In the photos and clips released, Anna amazed viewers with her unique aura, bringing back the classic beauty of the K-pop scene.

So when her photos were shared on theqoo, Anna instantly went viral, with K-Netz calling her the “cutest” member of MEOVV yet. Fans were reminded of JYP Entertainment’s top visual idols, such as TWICE Tzuyu, ITZY Yuna, and NMIXX Jiwoo.

Contrary to THEBLACKLABEL’s image of a girl with a crush on Teddy through BLACKPINK and Jeon Somi, Anna’s beauty matches JYP’s standards, according to K-pop fans.

Anna is said to have facial features that follow traditional Korean beauty standards, which has sparked curiosity as to whether she will also become the group’s main image.

THEBLACKLABEL has yet to reveal more about Anna, but so far, it is known among K-pop communities and portals that she is Japanese and was born in 2005. She will turn 19 on November 17. Before her debut, she was a famous model in Japan and an actress since she was 14 years old.

Meanwhile, MEOVV is scheduled to officially debut this September. They will become the first-ever girl group introduced by YG affiliate led by Teddy, the person behind BLACKPINK and Jeon Somi’s hits.

Since Teddy has produced hit music for top K-pop singers, the girl group has received a lot of interest from fans around the world even before their debut. People are curious to know what kind of unique performance they will bring to the K-pop industry that will make them stand out despite the fierce battle among girl groups.

So far, only four members have been revealed, including ELLA, GAWON, SOOIN, and ANNA.
