Lee Young-ji Announced as New MC for ‘The Seasons’, Taking Over from Zico

On the afternoon of September 6, KBS 2TV’s “The Seasons – Zico’s Artist” concluded its broadcast with a grand finale.

After the final recording, Zico expressed his thoughts, saying: “I’ve been thinking about how to truly express my feelings and I believe there is no more sincere way to express my heart than through a letter.” Then he read a letter he had written himself.

Zico observed, “‘Zico’s Artist’ ends today. I can’t help but feel a mixture of emotions. Since I achieved my goal of becoming a singer, I have longed to sing here. It was an honor to be the host of a place where everyone’s dreams have come true and share precious moments with worthy artists.”

He continued, “For me, ‘The Seasons’ wasn’t just a season that passes naturally. It was seventeen precious dream stages where I experienced the warmth of spring, the intense heat of summer, the soothing comfort of autumn, and the longing for the end of winter. I’m truly grateful to the production team for welcoming me as a family and showing the world my human side, not just as a singer. Thank you also to the fans and viewers who have constantly supported me. I love you all. We will meet again one day, for sure.”
