On December 2, actress Lee Min-jung shared a new video on her YouTube channel “Lee Min-jeong MJ” titled “BH’s Childhood Kimchi Kimbap Recipe Learned From Her In-Laws”. In the video, Lee Min-jung and his mother-in-law are seen demonstrating the recipe which was reportedly also praised by the director.
During filming, a member of the production staff exclaimed: “Wow, that tastes freaking awesome!” Much to everyone’s amusement, 10-year-old Jun-ho, the couple’s eldest son, immediately chimed in, saying: “You can’t swear!” The production team quickly apologized, with on-screen captions jokingly pointing out: “Scolded by Jun-ho for harsh words.”
Lee Min-jung’s mother-in-law also praised her daughter-in-law, saying: “She has a great personality, raises children well and manages the house perfectly.” Lee Min-jung jokingly added that if her husband Lee Byung Hun had they been present, he would have had many things to add.
Previously, Lee Min-jung responded to questions about revealing her children’s faces online, explaining: “Even though it may be fun for them now, they might feel uncomfortable in middle school and high school. I’ll let them decide when they’re adults.”
The couple married in 2013 and have two children: Jun-ho (born 2015) and Seo-i (born 2023). The video highlights not only a beloved family recipe, but also the polite and well-mannered upbringing of one’s children.
