In a recent episode of Go to So Young’s pub restaurantActress Lee Joo Bin surprised fans by revealing her ideal type to none other than her upcoming K-Drama co-star Ahn Bo Hyun.
The moment came during a lighthearted segment called “Ideal Type World Cup,” in which she was asked to choose her ideal man through a team tournament. Lee Joo Bin eliminated the biggest stars one by one, offering personal anecdotes and admiration for each.
At the beginning of the game, he chose Ma Dong Seok over Yoo Ji Tae. When it came to choosing between Park Hyung Sik and Ahn Bo Hyun, he shared that Park “literally shone in person” during a shot spent for Twelve. However, he ultimately favored Ahn Bo Hyun.
Lee Joo Bin also chose Lee Dong Wook who he worked with recently instead of Kim Ji Hoon, and Kwak Dong Yeon instead of Seo In Guk because of his intelligence and talent. In the semifinals, Ahn Bo Hyun beat Ma Dong Seok and Lee Dong Wook triumphed over Kwak Dong Yeon.
The final showdown came between Ahn Bo Hyun and Lee Dong Wook. After a thoughtful pause, Lee Joo Bin crowned Ahn Bo Hyun as his final choice, explaining: “I feel like there’s a lot to learn from him. He’s very disciplined and takes care of himself. Also, since we both lived pretty normal lives in our 20s, we really connect when we talk.”
Lee Joo Bin and Ahn Bo Hyun will star together in tvN’s upcoming drama Spring feverpremiering in January 2026. Their on-screen chemistry is already causing a stir, especially after this unexpected personal revelation.
