The wedding, celebrated on November 23 in Seoul, was a private event, but one detail immediately caught the attention of fans and the media. Inspired by Lee Jang Woo’s connection with the walnut pastry brand BuChang Bakerywhere she serves as a model, the brand crafted and presented a bespoke bouquet reminiscent of golden brown walnut pastries at the ceremony.
“It wasn’t just for show,” shared FG, the creative force behind BuChang Bakery. “The nut, traditionally associated with fertility and prosperity, holds a special place in Korean wedding culture. We wanted to bless the couple with everlasting happiness and abundance.”

The bouquet, although not edible, has been cleverly crafted to mimic the warm tones and textures of real walnut pastries, embellished with delicate white flowers. It was designed to be a keepsake, a lifelong reminder of the couple’s unique celebration.

Adding to the festivities, guests were also gifted boxes of BuChang walnut sweets, personalized with illustrations of the smiling bride and groom on the packaging, another sweet nod to Lee’s brand image.
Notably, BuChang Bakery’s walnut pastries were recently chosen as the official dessert for the 32nd APEC Summit, served to dignitaries at important events, including the CEO Summit and diplomatic meetings. The company has since become known as a driving force in the rise of K-desserts on the global stage.

After a seven-year relationship, the couple’s marriage was both a personal milestone and a public show of affection, humor and tradition. Fans celebrated the actor’s clever tribute to his endorsement deal by calling it that “the most delicious bouquet ever seen.”
