On October 5 KST, it was reported that Lee Hyori and her husband, Lee Sang Soon, officially moved into a new house in Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul. The celebrity couple had previously purchased a residence in the area, along with adjacent land, for approx 6 billion KRW (~$4.5 million USD). Their new home features a basement and two floors above ground, offering a luxurious and spacious living environment.
After getting married in 2013, Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon settled down Aewol-eup, Jeju Island. Their home on Jeju Island has gained wide recognition thanks to the popular variety show “Hyori’s Homestay”where they opened their home to guests, giving viewers an intimate look into their quiet island life. Now, after spending 11 years in Jeju, the couple has decided to return to Seoul to focus on their television careers.
Pyeongchang-dong, their new neighborhood, is one of South Korea’s most exclusive and prestigious residential areas, home to numerous high-profile figures, including Yoo Hae Jin, Kim Hye Soo, Seo Taiji and Yoon Jong Shin.
