On October 27 (local time), Vanity Fair released a new video on its official YouTube channel in which LE SSERAFIM members play truth-telling.
During the video, the members were asked which of them took the longest to record a line of their new song “SPAGHETTI.” Without hesitation, Sakura pointed to Huh Yunjin, explaining: “Since he had the intro, he probably felt pressure to set the tone, so I waited about an hour and a half.”
Yunjin recalled, “I remember: It took me almost two hours to record just one line one night.”
Later in the interview, Kim Chaewon was asked if she had ever used her fame to make restaurant reservations. His bandmate Yunjin responded immediately, “I’m curious!” while Hong Eunchae intervened, “But Chaewon’s name is very common in Korea.”
Chaewon then candidly admitted, “I always use my real name when I book. It’s quite common, but I like it when people recognize me. They also offer an extra service.”
He added, “So I always book under my own name, whether I’m going with friends or family. My name might be common, but I secretly hope that people will recognize me. If they don’t, I think to myself, ‘Maybe I need to work harder.'”
The lighthearted confession captivated fans, offering a glimpse into how even the best idols find joy in simple moments of recognition and remain grounded through it all.
