Jang Wonyoung made headlines for her mature appearance in the 2024 KBS Gayo Daechukje, in contrast to her established cute and innocent image.
The 2024 KBS Gayo Daechukje, also known as the KBS Song Festival, held its Korean leg on December 20. Previously, on December 14th and 15th, the music festival was pre-recorded in Japan, and the performances were uploaded on December 19th.
On the 20th, the Korean leg invited its star-studded lineup, and fans were more than excited to see their favorite artists delight them with exciting group, solo, duet and collaboration stages. Among the participants were IVE, who impressed the audience with their performances Blue heart AND HEY.
Aside from the group’s performance, Wonyoung also surprised everyone with his onstage collaboration with hip hop duo Jinusean in Tell me.
Shortly after, the performance became a hot topic in a forum on December 20, titled “Jang Wonyoung’s Adult Woman Vibes Were Crazy Today.”
The author wrote, “She looks like a movie actress and is becoming more mature with time, so she looks prettier.”
The photos showed Wonyoung in her stunning black minidress. The outfit was also accompanied by its complementary accessories, which consisted of a pair of black gloves and a choker.
