ON January 13thKrystal’s agency Beasts and natives alike (BANA) officially confirmed that the actress and f(x) member will be the protagonists “Audition 109” (literal title), a sequel to Jung Woo’s acclaimed 2009 film “Wind.”
The story follows Come ona man from Busan with big dreams of becoming a film actor. To pursue his passion, Jjangu moves to Seoul, embarking on a journey full of challenges and self-discovery. Jung Woo, who originally played Jjangu “Wind,” will reprise his iconic role, while also doing his own directorial debutco-directing the project together Oh Sung Ho.
Krystal will play My HeeJjangu’s girlfriend, who supports him as he navigates the demanding world of acting. Fans are eager to see Krystal bring her distinctive charm and emotional depth to this new role, adding another impressive project to her growing filmography.
In an exciting addition, Shin Seung Ho he joined the cast as Jang JaeJjangu’s close friend. Shin Seung Ho’s agency, KINGKONG by STARSHIPshared on January 15th“Shin Seung Ho will play the role of Jang Jae in ‘Audition 109.’ We hope there will be a lot of anticipation and support.” Shin is meant to bring authenticity to his character with his skills in Busan dialect and promises to show strong on-screen chemistry with Jung Woo.
