Kim Soo Hyun’s test? The horrible cases of crime of the Sex of Forensic Company become viral

Following his statements, the curious Netizen studied the background of the forensic company, discovering a list of previous cases that caused a significant outrage. Apparently the company specializes in the analysis of the testimonies of the victims in cases of sexual violence.

Case 1

The defendant, who managed an orphanage, was sentenced to 13 years for alleged sexual aggression and repeatedly harassing a teenage victim from the orphanage. In the meantime, the victim said he had suffered the same sexual aggression and harassment also by the deputy director.

Results of the analysis

• The victim was unable to reconstruct the accident when he occurred
• You cannot find declarations relating to sensations and emotions generally present in real experiences
• The victim’s statements on the accused and the deputy director were almost identical, while the testimony on the deputy director was much more detailed and specific

On the basis of these results, an opinion was presented that the victim’s testimony against the accused was not sincere.

Through the presentation of a report of analysis of the declarations and testimonies of experts (of Dr. Jeon Woo Byeong), the accused was declared not guilty.

Many examples showed cases in which the company’s analysis has contributed to the defendants not guilty in cases of sexual aggression, in particular those involving vulnerable victims such as children, people with intellectually disabilities and unconscious people during alleged aggressions.

Case 2

In this case, the accused was accused of harassing the victim several times by touching his genitals and his breasts as he slept.

Results of the analysis

The testimony of the victim who claims the sexual assault by the defendant has been analyzed. The results showed:

• It was not clear how the victim, who slept, is made aware of the assault
• No statements were found regarding the victim’s physical sensations that would have been experienced during the assault

An opinion was presented that the testimony was not true.

Through the presentation of a report of analysis of the declarations and testimonies of experts (of Dr. Kim Mi Young), the accused was declared not guilty.

The website of the company lists numerous cases in which its methods of analysis of the testimonies have been used to discredit the declarations of the victims. These include cases that involve family members accused of attacking minors, alleged attacks on the victims of sleep and various other accusations of sexual crime that involve vulnerable victims.
