Actress Kim Min Hee (42) is becoming a mother and will give birth this year. The father is a director Hong Sang Soo (64).
Kim Min Hee got pregnant naturally and found out she was pregnant last summer. Since she is in the late stages of pregnancy, her due date is expected to be this spring.
The couple currently lives together in Hanam, after Hong moved out of his home in Apgujeong, where he lived with his wife.
Dispatch obtained photos of the couple’s daily life last year as they enjoyed a date and went grocery shopping. It was revealed that Kim Min Hee was driving while Hong Sang Soo was sitting in the passenger seat. Hong has also resumed driving lessons, apparently preparing for Kim Min Hee after she gives birth.
On January 15, the two were spotted together at the gynecologist. Hong Sang Soo stayed by his side during the examination and check-up and didn’t seem to care about people looking at him.
The pair have been in a relationship for nine years after meeting on set in 2015. They admitted having an affair in 2017.
Hong Sang Soo married a non-celebrity in 1985, whom he met while studying abroad in the United States. He abandoned his family and daughter and has been living with Kim Min Hee for nine years.
