Actor Kim Ji-hoon has officially confirmed his appearance in the upcoming series Coupang Play It’s not a matter of now (working title), continuing his series of active projects. The announcement was made on February 5 by his agency, Big Picture ENT, who revealed that the actor will take on another transformative role in the new production.

The story follows a famous influencer couple who have built their brand by showing a seemingly happy family life, together with their neighbors, a doctor couple currently involved in a complicated divorce case. As the two couples unite through overwhelming secrets, the narrative develops into a chain of explosive confrontations in which even infidelity becomes insignificant.
In the series, Kim Ji-hoon will play Jae-hong, the husband of Kyung-hee, played by veteran actress Kim Hye-soo. Jae-hong is an actor who lives in the shadow of his very successful wife. Known for his reliability and strong presence, Kim Ji-hoon is expected to anchor the plot as the characters’ desires push towards extreme consequences.
Kim Ji-hoon has consistently demonstrated his versatility across multiple genres, including dramas and variety shows. Thanks to these achievements, Kim Ji-hoon has received numerous awards, including the Excellence Award in the Fantasy Category at the 2025 SBS Drama Awards, the Best Acting Award in the Drama Category at the 45th Golden Cinematography Awards, and the Best Acting Award in the OTT Category at the 2025 Seoul International Film Awards. In January 2026, he also won the Multitainer Award at the Awards for the first Korean brand 2026further cementing its status as one of the representative players in the industry.
