SBS’s new drama series, “Starting From Today, I’m Human,” airing in 2025, is a romantic comedy about a gumiho who refuses to become human and a football star who made a wish, resulting in a deeply human “love-hate” relationship. The series is directed by Kim Jung-kwon, known for “Maestra” and “Love War,” with the screenplay written by Park Chan-young and Jo Ah-young, who previously worked on “The Best Chicken.” The production is handled by Vingiworks, known for “My Demon” and “Today’s Webtoon.”
Kim Hye-yoon, who has chosen “Starting From Today, I’m Human” as her next project after “The Sixth Sense,” will play the role of Eun-ho, an eccentric gumiho who has no intention of becoming an ordinary human. She will play a gumiho MZ who appreciates the fun aspects of the human world while savoring her unfading youth, displaying her characteristic lively charm.
Kim Hye-yoon said, “I am happy to welcome you with a new project. I look forward to meeting you with new roles and different performances, so please be cautious and show interest.”
Additionally, Kim Hye-yoon is currently nominated for the “Weekly Popular Star” and “10 Million Star” awards on the fan voting service “Giftree.”
If he or she ranks first in the “Weekly Popular Star” ranking, he or she will receive a promotional package. The monthly vote leader will receive a billboard at Hongdae Station and a charity donation for a star tree. If he or she reaches 10 million votes in the “10 Million Star” category, he or she will receive a 15-day nationwide billboard at Olive Young stores, which will be displayed on more than 2,400 screens in approximately 1,300 stores.
The voting service can be easily accessed by searching for “Giftree” on portals, and anyone can participate by registering using their Naver or Kakao ID.
