According to Building Road Real Estate, Kim Hee-ae purchased three parking lots on the Dosan-daero side in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 11.9 billion won in July 2006. The property is located in seven minutes away from Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Suinbundang Line and is located on the so-called Cheongdam-dong Luxury Street, with global luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Armani located nearby.
Kim Hee-ae purchased the property in 2006 for use as a parking lot, then began constructing a new building in 2020. The building was completed with four basement floors and five ground floors. The new building currently houses high-end dermatology and flagship stores from the second basement to the fifth floor, while the third and fourth basement floors are used for parking and office spaces.
The current market price of the building owned by Kim Hee-ae is estimated at around 50 billion won. Furthermore, as it is located on the luxury street in Cheongdam-dong, the value of future investments is highly appreciated as the asset value is very likely to increase and stable rental income is expected.
