KBS clarified that the guest had mistakenly presented the sentence of the provisional court of March 2025 as if it were the final result of the case, the misleading listeners on the state of the current legal battle. The issuer also recognized that the statement on an official release of “Njz” was inaccurate. “We apologize sincerely for the confusion caused by declarations that were not based on the facts”, KBS wrote. “Although the nature of the live radio makes it difficult to control facts in real time, greater caution should have been exercised”.
