On August 21st, Netflix previewed the highly anticipated docuseries Pop star Academy: KATSEYE. The formation of the K-Pop group follows MOVES AND Geffen Recordings international girl group, KATEYEtrained through survival show The debut: Dream Academy.
However, the docuseries received mixed reactions after the introduction of Big handMany fans rushed to her defense, claiming that she had been mistreated. One of the members who netizens claimed had mistreated her was Lara.

KATSEYE fans are worried that the docuseries is setting the group up for sabotage, as it doesn’t paint everyone in a positive light. Some members, like Lara, have received hate since its premiere, and fans fear that it’s creating more solo stans than true fans.
Now, KATSEYE’s Lara and Manon have addressed their viral feud rumors in a new TikTok post on the group’s account. They’ve joined the latest trend on the app, which features the now-viral dolphin meme titled “Enjoy Sunshine” painted by Christian Riese LassenThe post includes humorous but sometimes dark confessions written in text overlaid on the bright image, with Zara Larson singing “Symphony” as audio.
Manon and Lara added a cute photo of their best friends to the meme, along with the text, “We’re literally fine lol.”
Their video has gone viral, with 2.3 million views as of this writing. KATSEYE fans have praised the group for not only addressing the feud rumors, but also for doing so with humor.
Even in the docuseries, Lara and Manon appeared close from the beginning. They have supported each other for so long that they were probably shocked by the accusations.
