On the show, they discussed how they came together to debut as a group. In particular, Minhyuk revealed the story of his first day as an intern.

On my first day as an intern, Eunkwang, Changseob, and Hyunsik took me to a pub and expressed their dilemmas about wanting to debut with fewer members as if I were their advisor. Then we played rock-paper-scissors to see who would pay. I ended up losing, so I paid. Then we went to a convenience store and made rock paper scissors and I lost again so I had to pay.
