Recently, Jisoo di Blackpink has successfully held two meetings of “Light, Love, Action” fans in Hong Kong. He also participated in a pop-up event to promote his new solo album, Amortage.
As soon as he arrived in Hysan Place, the place of the event, was welcomed by an enthusiastic crowd of fans. In return, Jisoo warmly interacted with them, shaking and responding to their applause. However, an unpleasant accident at the event has quickly become a hot topic on social media.
In the middle of the crowd, a man was surprised to write offensive and vulgar messages on Jisoo, with the intention of publishing them online. According to reports, it was angry that fans had to wait 1.5 hours before seeing Jisoo. The man presumably wrote on his history of Instagram, tagging the official account of Jisoo:
“***, you have no sense of time? Did you say you would have met the fans at 15:00. *** It’s almost Qingming Festival (April 4), and you’re not yet here. You kept me and all the others waiting for over 1.5 hours.”
After the image of his actions spread online, the Netizen were outraged by his behavior, criticizing him for his lack of respect and useless hostility towards Jisoo. Many claimed that if he wanted to blame someone, he should be the organizers of the event, not Jisoo, who was simply a guest. Some have even urged social media platforms to permanently prohibit his account due to his offensive observations.
- This guy is ridiculous. If he wants to blame someone, he should blame the organizers of the event, not Jisoo. And has he even tagged it to insult it? His account should be reported and banned permanently!
- He gladly waited there, yet he behaves as if it were a big problem. He just wanted to show off his lack of ways tagging it publicly.
- What’s wrong with him? Waiting 1.5 hours is not that bad. It is a global superstar. It should be grateful that it shouldn’t be caught during the night!
- How is this Jisoo fault?
Many defended Jisoo, stressing that a star of his stature would not have intentionally arrived late. They stressed that delays in large -scale events are often due to programming and logistics outside the artist’s control.
