Celebrities are often asked about their opinions on love and dating out of pure curiosity, due to their status.
Recently, a clip of Jay Park her discussion of her thoughts on love and children went more viral than her interviewer’s.
The video in question is taken from an interview with the rapper made almost five years ago Astonishedpodcast of Fun with Dumb. Musicians Parlay Pass AND Texts They were also included in the interview, which was more like a roundtable discussion.
About 16 minutes into the interview, the topic of marriage comes up. Dumbfoundead explains that he has a bored view of marriage because his parents didn’t have a good one. Jay asks the other three men if they ever want to settle down and maybe have kids in the future.
Dumbfoundead says he could imagine himself having a child with someone, but not necessarily settling down with that person permanently.
When Jay asks if he would want to be in a relationship with the hypothetical person, Dumbfounddead explains his point, saying that he and that person would be forever connected anyway. Jay then explains that he doesn’t want a “baby mama” and would rather have a family with someone he’s settled down with.
Dumbfoundead counters by saying that the child’s mother would be his family, regardless of their relationship, to which Jay replies that he wouldn’t want to deal with the possibility of his child’s mother starting a relationship with someone else and involving him.
This part of the video was posted on X, where it has received over 2 million views. Many have praised Jay for eloquently explaining his views while dealing with others who don’t seem to understand where he’s coming from.
