With only one episode left, SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama “Good Partner” has captivated viewers with its realistic and straightforward depiction of the dilemmas and important agreements that occur when a family breaks up. The show has consistently offered warm empathy and comfort. Breaking stereotypes surrounding divorce through the lens of divorce lawyers, the drama has garnered high praise from viewers.
Amid its popularity, the ratings have been stellar. Episode 15 achieved a nationwide rating of 16.7% (according to Nielsen Korea), securing the top spot for its time slot and becoming the number one miniseries aired on Saturday.
As Cha Eun-kyung (Jang Nara) leaves the Daejeong law firm and begins a new chapter in her life, Han Yu-ri (Nam Ji-hyun) also embarks on her journey of independence in Daejeong. The emotional process of these two lawyers, who now face each other as adversaries, discovering the real issues and reaching an agreement warmed the hearts of viewers. The finale, in which Daejeong’s boss Oh Dae-gyu (Jung Jae-sung) entrusts his case to Cha Eun-kyung, left viewers even more curious about the final episode.
