Is FTISLAND heading towards dissolution? Lee Jae-jin ignores Choi Min-hwan amid prostitution charges

On October 26, Lee Jae-jin posted a series of photos on his account with the caption “#pulse #in #kaohsiung #thankyouagainandagain”, featuring images from FTISLAND’s “2024 FTISLAND Live Pulse in Asia” concert in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. In the photos, Lee Hong-gi and Lee Jae-jin posed together on stage, while Choi Min-hwan, due to recent accusations, performed behind the scenes and did not appear in front of fans. The post contained no mention of Choi Min-hwan.

Previously, leader Lee Hong-gi had shared photos from the concerts, expressing: “Thank you so much. Today I gained strength from my dearest friend. I feel grateful to share what we want to say directly in person. With the friends we meet from now on, we will talk face to face because then things are understood better. Thanks again.” He also posted on the Weverse fan community, asking: “What if it wasn’t prostitution or a prostitution establishment? Can you take responsibility for your words?” but later deleted it amid backlash for seemingly defending Choi Min-hwan.

On October 24, Choi Min-hwan became embroiled in a scandal after his ex-wife, Yulhee, revealed the reasons for their divorce, along with an audio recording. In the recording, Choi Min-hwan reportedly said things like: “There are no girls in Gangnam today. Not anywhere else either, right?” AND “I really want to go out and have fun.” Choi Min-hwan has since stopped all media activities, including broadcasts.
