As part of her solo preparation promotions, Irene decided to release 6 special photo cards with messages on the back intended to give courage to fans. Irene is one of the most popular K-Pop idols when it comes to collecting photo cards, so it was already a sweet gesture when she decided to give out photo cards at SM’s Kwangya store in Korea… for free!

Due to its popularity, the shop was soon filled with thousands of fans, but also revelers, who wanted to obtain the photo postcards and sell them at higher prices due to their rarity.

Soon after all the photo cards were distributed, SM’s Kwangya store announced that the event was over. Many were disappointed that they couldn’t get their hands on one of the photo cards.
But Irene once again came to the rescue with yet another sweet gesture. She reached out to Bubble to announce that after speaking with the company she was able to convince them to post the postcards online.
