A fan expressed her disappointment with her idol’s attitude towards a fansign by posting video evidence online. The idol came forward after the clip went viral, offering an unexpected explanation.
The idol in question is Qiu Fengzea Singaporean singer who currently actively promotes in Taiwan as a soloist and idol group member W0LF(S).
Qiu Fengze recently held a fansign in Taipei for his album COLOR Free. Later, a video surfaced online showing his interaction with a fan, in which the idol allegedly displayed a poor attitude.
The video begins with the fan asking the idol: “Fengze, can you wish me good luck in winning the first prize at my company’s annual dinner?” Instead of responding to the fan, Qiu Fengze turned to his staff and asked: “What time is it now?“
The fan made her request once again, and while Qiu Fengze responded to her this time, he simply said the words: “Annual Grand Prize Dinner. As the fan thanked him, he turned once again to his staff to check the time.
The video ends with the fan requesting a pose from Qiu Fengze, which the idol quickly does before moving on to the next person in line.
The fan expressed her disappointment through the caption of the post.
Qiu Fengze wanted to get out of work 🥲 In a conversation of less than 10 seconds, he asked the time once and looked at the time once. I’m a little hurt 💔 But I’m still grateful 😢

The post went viral, attracting not only thousands of netizens but also Qiu Fengze himself.
Excuse me. I asked for time to see if I could wait until the end of the event to go to the bathroom. I decided I couldn’t~ 🙏

In addition to commenting on the original post, the idol also made a separate post on the topic.
“I only went to pee once before the fansign started, so I was wondering if I should go again before we started. I found the bathroom was far away, so I gave up and decided I could probably hold off until the end.
Mostly I was afraid of letting everyone wait too long and holding them all back, but in the middle of the event I felt like I couldn’t hold back any longer. I assessed the situation and figured we were probably about an hour and a half away. I remember my doctor saying that if I held it in, there would be a lot of problems later.
The point is that while I was assessing the situation, I accidentally seemed out of my mind while interacting with the fans. Excuse me!! It wasn’t on purpose; I couldn’t multitask at the time.
From yesterday’s experience, I learned that in the future, even if I felt like I needed to go to the bathroom, I wouldn’t hesitate to raise my hand and leave.”
