A journalist showed a female idol never-before-seen photos of her boyfriend allegedly cheating on her while conducting an interview, sparking intense reactions from netizens.
The female idol, Win Windebuted in Hong Kong after participating in the local idol survival show Creator King IV in 2021.
Her boyfriend, KChe also debuted after participating in the same survival show series, but in the fifth season.
The couple had been in a known public relationship for about six years. Being dancers before their debut, they often collaborated in front of the camera and showed their bond.
However, earlier this month, rumors of their breakup were circulating after Win Win revealed that she had not been in contact with KC for a while while responding to a press query.
A few days later, things escalated when a reporter confronted Win Win during a press conference with photos allegedly showing KC with another girl during a trip to Japan months ago.
Win Win looked shocked and speechless when he was shown the photos.
Eventually, a staff member appeared and told the reporter: “Don’t be like that. He feels uncomfortable if you’re like this…” He also tried to distance Win Win from the press.
Before leaving, Win Win stated: “Sorry, sorry, sorry. [The girl in the photo] it’s definitely not me.“
After seeing the video, netizens reacted strongly.
