Song Joong Ki, father of two, is excited about his newborn daughter and the upcoming film Bogota: the city of the lostin a recent interview.
The actor was all smiles in an interview iMBC entertainment as she described the experience of holding her daughter for the first time, revealing that she was completely different from her son.
“I can’t forget that feeling,” he said.
To journalists present, the actor shared a photo of his daughter on his cell phone.
“I think my sense of responsibility has grown even more now that the baby has been born,” she said.
When reporters asked him how much he wanted to brag about his daughter, the actor elicited an embarrassed response.
“Actually, I want to brag too much,” he admitted.
“I wondered what the difference would be, but when my daughter was born, I held her in my arms differently than a boy. I can’t forget that feeling. The little girl is growing up healthy and my wife is also recovering well after give birth.”
The actor also discussed learning Spanish for his role Bogota: the city of the losta film about a group of immigrants who move to the capital of Columbia as a last resort and get involved in dangerous business, and speak the language at home with his family.
“My wife and I speak Spanish in everyday life. There will come a time when the child will speak Spanish better than me,” he said.
“I don’t want to fall behind at that time, so I will try harder to learn Spanish.”
Song and British actress Katy Louise Saunders married in 2023, and the couple welcomed their first child, a boy, later that year.
