On December 23, Hyun Bin, along with fellow actors Jeon Yeo Bin, Park Jung Min and Park Hoon, appeared on the YouTube channel “Zzanbro”. The show gave the actors an opportunity to talk about their personal lives and careers, and it was during this appearance that Hyun Bin opened up about his relationship with Son Ye Jin.
During the show, Hyun Bin mentioned his wife, Son Ye Jin, saying: “It’s amazing how much we relate to each other, especially with the timing of our similar careers and experiences. That’s why even after the drama Crash Landing on You ended, our relationship continued. Shin Dong Yup replied, “Building empathy is very important.”
The conversation then turned to Hyun Bin’s wedding, with Shin Dong Yup asking: “Is marriage beautiful?” without hesitation, Hyun Bin replied, “It’s great. I never imagined that my life would change so much.”
Hyun Bin continued to reflect on how his life has evolved since he got married and became a father. “I suddenly feel that as I’ve gone from dating to marriage, and then with the birth of our son, I’m gradually becoming more of an adult,” shared thoughtfully. “It is as if my existence has become secondary to the roles I now play as a husband and father.”
He added, “When we were dating we were on the same level, but after marriage I took a step back. And then, with the baby, I took two steps back. As I let go more and more, I realize that I am becoming an adult.
