The singer and actress Hyeri revealed that she had suffered a painful injury while preparing for her fans’ meetings tour, leading her to be a running to the emergency room on a wheelchair.
On September 12, Hyeri shared the story through a video on his official YouTube channel entitled “Successfully wrapped my tour for the fans meeting in Kuala Lumpur”. The clip showed its home full of medical patches, which hint at its struggle with pain during preparations.
Hyeri explained that the injury took place during the tests on the eve of his first fans’ meeting in June. “During the practice, I felt something that turned into the side. I tried to get up, but I couldn’t fatten the foot”, He remembered. “At the beginning, everyone thought I was joking, but I had to be brought to the emergency room in a wheelchair.”
The doctors initially did not find anomalies and prescribed only strong painkillers, but Hyeri’s left hip was visibly swollen. Despite visiting four hospitals and subjected to MRI scans, a clear diagnosis was not made. “The doctors said nothing wasn’t going, but I was the only one in pain,” He added with an ironic smile.
Fortunately, after several hours of rest, Hyeri was able to walk again and went directly from the hospital to the headquarters of the fans. “Basically I spent the night in the hospital and then I went directly to the event”, He said, showing his determination not to disappoint fans.
Fans expressed shocks and admiration after listening to his story:
- “I was so worried about knowing that she was injured, but I’m happy that she managed to finish the tour safely.”
- “Go to the emergency room in a wheelchair and still perform: Hyeri’s dedication is surprising.”
- “Until now he hasn’t even told fans, but he still gave them everything on stage. Really admirable.”
Despite the setback, Hyeri successfully concluded his tour, demonstrating his commitment to his fans.
