Hwang Jung-min publicly apologizes to Kim Go-eun for matching outfits at the Blue Dragon Event

Actor Hwang Jung-min publicly apologized to actress Kim Go-eun in a lighthearted moment that garnered attention during the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards handprint ceremony held on October 29 at CGV Yeouido in Seoul.

The event was hosted by Park Kyung-lim and attended by Hwang Jung-min, Kim Go-eun, Jung Hae-in, Lee Sang-hee, Noh Sang-hyun and Park Joo-hyun. The couple attracted even more attention by appearing in matching gray-toned outfits, unintentionally showing off a “couple look.” Hwang Jung-min jokingly addressed the coincidence, saying: “We didn’t have a dress code. I’m sorry. I feel like I disturbed Go-eun.” He added, “My stylist asked me to choose between a gray and a black dress, and I chose gray. At least I didn’t look good on Jung Hae-in, so that’s a relief.” His humorous comment brought laughter from the audience.

The 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards will take place on November 19 at the KBS Hall in Yeouido and will be broadcast live on KBS2.
