BOY NEXT They debuted in 2023 as one of the first fifth-generation boy groups. They perfectly embodied the MZ generation with their unique and lighthearted concept. The boys were just as playful and “naughty” when they were trainees! In a recent episode of K-Star Next DoorThey told the story of how they hid from their manager when they were out of school.
At the time they all lived in a dormitory with their manager. Taesano he was still a high school student, and so it was To remove.
They were supposed to be at school by 8 in the morning, but often woke up around 10.
They woke up to the sound of their manager’s morning shower.
Of course, the manager would come to check on the boys. There was nowhere to hide except directly behind the door itself. Taesan reenacted the scene for the fans.
When this happened, the principal would ask Seongho if Taesan and Leehan had already gone to school. Seongho’s school started later, so he was able to fill in for the other boys. According to Seongho, he would always lie to the principal for the boys, even if he was looking straight at Taesan standing behind the door!
Even then the boys had a great relationship and a great team spirit!
We were such rude kids. We used to play hide and seek in the dormitory with the principal. So we would wake up in the morning around 10, even though we were supposed to be at school by 8. Our principal wakes up around 10. We would hear the sound of water while the principal was showering. But our room is not one of those with hiding places. So we would stand behind the door like this and the principal would open the door to check. [Seongho] he could go to school later, so the principal asked him if Taesan and the others had already gone to school. He was sleeping like that when the principal opened the door. [Seongho’s] eyes met Taesan’s, and he said they were already gone. This is teamwork.
