The second episode of tvN’s hit variety series Green Bean, Red Bean: Seeds of Laughter, Fields of Happiness Overseas Expedition promises another wave of comedy as EXO’s Lee Kwang-soo, Kim Woo-bin and DO (Do Kyung-soo) continue their chaotic trip to Mexico.
On this week’s broadcast (October 24), Lee Kwang-soo finally realizes his childhood dream of watching a traditional Mexican wrestling (lucha libre) match, but things quickly descend into chaos when shopping fever hits.
On the way to the arena, Lee Kwang-soo becomes fascinated by the colorful wrestling masks sold at street stalls. While Kwang-soo can’t resist shopping, DO grows impatient as the clock ticks towards the ticket office’s closing time.
“Two minutes left! If we don’t buy now, we can’t get in!” DO shouts before muttering to the staff, “Honestly, I’d be happy if he missed it. Watching him regret it would be more satisfying.”
Meanwhile, Kim Woo-bin tries to act as the responsible “budget officer”, attempting to keep expenses low, but chaos reigns as time runs out.
After a long day, the team returns to their quarters only for Kim Woo-bin to realize that all the receipts he had carefully saved for accounting have mysteriously disappeared. As the show’s designated auditor, Woo-bin panics, turning the room upside down in search of the missing documents. Will he be able to get them back before the team’s budget check?
Still struggling to find local food that suits their tastes, the trio begins their second day with DO’s selected breakfast spot. After much research, the self-proclaimed foodie chooses a restaurant loved by the locals, where they finally taste authentic Mexican breakfast dishes. Fans can expect authentic reactions and maybe a few surprises from the three stars.
