There is a long story behind the clothes they wore.
Got7The stylist is facing criticism following the recent concerts of the group.
From January 31 to February 2, Got7 has held three nights of concerts, their first in several years. The fans were thrilled to see the group return together with the activities after focusing on their solo careers for a prolonged time.
The group wore different clothes for each show, but one of the second night of concerts became viral for the wrong reason.
During a segment of the concert, Got7 wore white, red and black clothes on stage.

However, some noticed the details of Jinyung and Yugyeom’s clothes. Jinyoung AND YugyeomThe jackets presented the Greek letters δσθ, which belong to historically African-America, or social club, or social, Delta Sigma Theta. The 1913 numbers also correspond to the year in which sisterhood was founded.

The letters of Sororities and Fraternity are generally worn only by members, with the use by non -members extremely looked at from above. This tradition has led to a black comedian, Kevin FredericksSharing a jinyung clip in the jacket with the caption “It’s not a delta!“
Many outside the fandom K-Pop spectrum reacted negatively, expressing shocks on the letters worn.
K-pop fans and others also interrupted, commenting on how the designer probably chose random objects without knowing the meaning and gave them to the group to wear.
Like other circumstances, it seems that many desires for stylists do a little more research before dressing their idols.
