Boy group GOT7 have announced the tracklist for their highly anticipated comeback EP Winter heptagon.
The nine-track project features the title track “Python,” with member BamBam revealed to have composing and writing credits.
Other GOT7 members were directly involved in the project, including Jackson, who received lyrical and songwriting credit for “Smooth”, Mark for “Out the Door”, Yugyeom for “I Will Remember”, Jinyoung for “Her” and a collaborative group effort on the lyrics of “What We Can Say”.
The full tracklist includes “Python”, “Smooth”, “Youth Drama”, “I Will Remember”, “Darling”, “Tidal Wave”, “Out The Door”, “Her” and “What We Can Say”.
Winter heptagon will be released on January 20 under Kakao Entertainment, the boy group’s first release with the agency since their departure from JYP Entertainment in 2021 after a seven-year contract with the label.
Fans can expect upcoming teaser music videos and concept photos in the coming days as part of the project’s planned launch.
Four sets of concept photos, released from January 9 to 12, introduced the EP’s themes along with a statement released by Kakao days earlier.
“Kakao Entertainment planned and produced GOT7’s new album with the aim of showcasing high-quality content that resonates with the group’s global fans,” the agency said.
“As this is GOT7’s newest release for many years, Kakao Entertainment has made the best use of its music planning, production and marketing capabilities to create an album that highlights the group’s distinctive musical color and magnetism.”
