Girls’ Generation’s YoonA will unveil a new digital single later this month, premiering the song live at her upcoming fan meeting in Seoul.

New single this month

SM Entertainment confirmed on December 10 that YoonA is preparing to release a new single in December as her first official music release in several years. The agency shared that the project is intended as a gesture of gratitude towards fans for the support received throughout the year.

Although the exact release date and title have not yet been revealed, the single will be distributed as a digital version, according to reports allkpop. The song marks YoonA’s return to music following her 2019 special album “A Walk to Remember.”

Preview at the Seoul fan meeting

YoonA will perform the new single for the first time at her “Bon appétit, Your Majesty YOONA DRAMA FANMEETING IN SEOUL” event on December 20. The fan meeting will be held at the Main Auditorium of Seoul Women’s University, with two performances scheduled at 1pm and 6pm KST.

Fans attending the event will be the first to hear the song live before its wider promotion, Weverse reported. Ticketing for the fan meeting is handled through Melon Ticket, with seats priced at 99,000 won and age restrictions for audiences aged 12 and over.

Busy year for YoonA

The new music release follows a busy year in which YoonA focused mostly on acting projects. He recently gained attention for his starring role in the drama “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty,” which is also the topic of the upcoming fan meeting.

YoonA, who debuted as a member of Girls’ Generation and later joined the Oh!GG subunit, has continued to balance acting, music and brand activities. The December single is expected to highlight his versatility as a solo artist while reconnecting with the group’s longtime fans, as scheduled Kpopping.
